Summary
We've designed our applications with privacy as a core principle. Your health tracking data — including food intake logs, symptom records, and any health information you enter into our apps — is stored only on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or have access to this data. The limited information we do collect is described below.
Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect:
- Your email address
- A password (stored as a cryptographic hash; we cannot see your actual password)
- Optional: a display name
Subscription and Payment Information
If you purchase a subscription:
- Payments are processed by Apple (App Store), Google (Google Play), or Stripe (web subscriptions, when available)
- We receive confirmation of your subscription status and a customer identifier from the payment processor
- We do not receive or store your credit card details, billing address, or other payment information — those are held only by the payment processor
Technical Information
When you use our apps, we may collect:
- Anonymized crash reports to diagnose and fix bugs (no personal data included)
- Basic device information (operating system version, app version, device model)
- Approximate usage statistics (app open frequency, feature usage) — anonymized and not tied to your identity
You can opt out of crash reports and usage statistics in app settings.
Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect:
- The food items you log
- Symptom data you record
- Any other health information you enter into our applications
- Your precise location
- Contents of your device beyond what you choose to share with us
Your health tracking data is stored only on your device.
How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and maintain our services
- Verify your subscription status
- Communicate with you about your account or service changes
- Diagnose technical problems and improve app stability
- Respond to your support requests
We do not sell your information to third parties. We do not use your information for advertising.
Data Storage and Security
- Account information is stored on servers operated by Cloudflare
- Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest
- Access to account data is limited to authorized personnel
- Your on-device data is protected by your device's operating system security
Your Rights and Choices
You can:
- View your account information at any time within the app
- Update or correct your email or display name
- Delete your account at any time, which removes your account information from our servers
- Export your on-device data in a portable format (JSON/CSV) via in-app export
- Opt out of crash reporting and analytics in app settings

If you are a resident of California, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with specific data protection laws, you may have additional rights under those laws. Contact us using the email above for any requests.
Children's Privacy
Our applications are not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can delete it.
Third-Party Services
Our applications may use the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:
- Apple App Store / Google Play — for app distribution and subscription processing
- Stripe — for web-based subscription processing (when applicable)
- Cloudflare — for our website and account servers
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our services evolve or legal requirements change. When we make significant changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date and notify users via email or in-app notification. Continued use of our applications after a change indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
Contact
